Recruitment Team

The Siouxland Community Blood Bank is committed to providing an ample supply of blood for the 37 hospitals that we serve. To achieve this, we have a dedicated Recruitment Team whose sole focus is to recruit volunteer blood donors. Due to the vast territory that the Siouxland Blood Bank provides blood for, there are many individual Recruiters who travel to parts of Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota to actively recruit blood donors and spread the message about what the Siouxland Community Blood Bank does for so many communities. In addition to Recruiters, a dedicated team of Tele-recruiters call blood donors before a blood drive near them. Tele-recruiters secure appointments and give reminders to blood donors of how important they are to our organization.
